Since 2015, our family has been waking before dawn to hand-shape every loaf, laminate every croissant, and decorate every cake that leaves our Ocean Beach kitchen. Our signature sourdough is slow-fermented for over 24 hours using a starter we've nurtured since our opening day, producing a deep, complex flavor with a crackling crust and open crumb. We also bake a rotating selection of whole grain, rye, and seasonal loaves — all made from scratch with premium flour and zero preservatives. Stop by early for the best selection, fresh from the oven each morning.
From buttery croissants and flaky morning buns to fruit Danish and our famous almond tart, every pastry is hand-laminated and baked in small batches throughout the morning.
